Application:   

•    In the dye industry, it is used to produce sulfide dyes. It is the raw material of sulfide blue and sulfide blue;
•    Used as a dye aid for dissolving sulfide dyes in printing and dyeing industry;
•    In leather industry, it is used to hydrolyze and depilate raw leather, and to prepare sodium polysulfide to accelerate the soaking and softening of dry leather;
•   Used as a cooking agent for paper in the paper industry;
•   Mordants used for denitrification of man-made fibers and reduction of nitrated fabrics in textile industry, as well as dyeing of cotton fabrics;
•   In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used to produce febrile drugs such as phenacetin;
•   In addition, it can also be used to produce sodium thiosulfate, sodium polysulfide, sodium hydrosulfide, etc
