Application:

   Sodium percarbonate (SPC or PCs for short) Commonly known as solid hydrogen peroxide, it is an addition compound of nitrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate. Its effective active oxygen content is equivalent to 29% of hydrogen peroxide. Sodium percarbonate not only has the function of liquid hydrogen peroxide, that is, it can quickly decompose and release active oxygen at low water temperature, so as to realize bleaching, decontamination, sterilization, odor removal At the same time, sodium carbonate can improve the pH value of water and improve the bleaching and washing effect. It has been widely used in all kinds of industrial and civil products. It is increasingly replacing sodium perborate in washing (washing powder, color bleaching powder, etc.), printing and dyeing, textile, papermaking and other fields. At the same time, it can also be made into various oxygen supply agents and disinfectants for fish pond water supply, industrial wastewater treatment, medical disinfection / first aid, etc. it has become an important raw material for international environmental protection cleaning products. Wrapped sodium percarbonate is coated on the surface of sodium percarbonate with a special wrapping material, Form a dense protective film to improve the wet stability of sodium percarbonate in the application process, which is more suitable for adding to washing powder.

 

Transportation: Sodium percarbonate shall be covered during transportation to maintain the tightness of the package and prevent sunlight, rain and moisture. It is forbidden to mix with combustibles, organics, reducing agents, spontaneous combustion materials, wet combustibles, etc.

 

Storage: Sodium percarbonate shall be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent sunlight, rain and moisture. The storage temperature shall not exceed 40 ºC. Under the standard packaging, transportation and storage conditions, the shelf life of industrial sodium percarbonate shall not be less than 12 months from the date of production.
