Application:

Water soluble sulfur black Br (C.I., soluble sulfur black 1) is produced from double sulfur black BR. The vulcanized dye leuco slurry is blown into air for oxidation to obtain double sulfur black. The filter cake was washed with oxidizing water and sodium pyrosulfite, and the sulfonic acid group was substituted under the condition of air oxidation. 

The product is mainly used for dyeing cotton fabrics and leather. Because it is directly soluble in water and has the advantages of convenient use, uniform color giving and good color fastness, so it is widely used at home and abroad. Its yield increases year by year.

 

Storage: It shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place to prevent moisture and heat. The shelf life is one year.

 

Package: 25kg plastic bag, 25kg carton box, 25kg drum or Jumbo bag are available.
