Application:
Food additive grade is mainly used in the food industry and is widely used in preserves, dried fruits, dried vegetables, vermicelli and grapes. According to Chinese regulations, it can be used for candied fruit, glucose, sugar, rock sugar, caramel, candy, liquid glucose, dried fruit, dried vegetables, vermicelli, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and canned mushrooms, with a maximum dosage of 0.40g/kg. Potato starch residue (calculated by SO2) ≤ 0.05g / kg.
Storage:
Sodium hydrosulfite powder shall be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated and covered warehouse to avoid direct sunlight. Keep away from heat sources and do not mix with water or steam. It shall not be mixed with oxidant or other inflammables. The bag mouth shall be tied up immediately and tightly after use and stored properly.
